Ford Classes Up its Savage Power

Ford Classes Up its Savage Power

One of the most engaged and hard-core vehicles on the market today is the Ford F-150 Raptor. This truck is one that provides you with the features that make it possible for you to reach the top of a mountain or transverse a gorge with ease. The Raptor can run on the desert sand at some amazing speeds that other off-road trucks don’t dare attempt. In an effort to offer those of us that want a bit of luxury class to go along with this power, Ford has added the power of the Raptor to another model.

Introducing the Ford F-150 Limited

If you’re looking for the big style to go along with the big power of the Ford truck you want to drive, the Limited is the truck you’ll want to drive. This trim of the Ford F-150 will enter the 2019 model year with the Raptor power under the hood. This means you’ll have a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine that pumps out 450 horsepower and 510 lb.-ft. of torque for the drive. Toss in the style of the Limited and you’re going to be amazed at the ride that you enjoy when you take this truck out on the road.

Not only will you have an increase in power for the Limited trim, you have a lighter truck than in the past. The previous version used a 5.0-liter V8 engine which was much heavier than the new V6 engine. All told, you receive an additional 55 horsepower and 110 lb.-ft. of torque while having a lighter truck to drive. This leaves Ford plenty of room to make the Limited model one that truly offers you the incredible luxury that you want to experience when you take it out for a drive with your family or friends.

The Luxury Qualities of the Ford F-150 Limited

When you get into the cab of this truck, you’ll see a suede headliner, a leather dashboard, leather door panels, ventilated seats, ash swirl trim, and more. This truck rides on 22-inch aluminum wheels, has satin finish window trim and door handles, and has a laser-etched plaque on the center console. When you drive this truck offers you adaptive cruise control, a 360-degree camera, lane keep assist, emergency braking, and much more to make sure you’ve got the features you want when it’s time to tow a trailer and take this truck out for a fun weekend at the lake.

If you wanted more power in the Limited trim and you don’t want or need the off-road features of the Raptor, the new Limited trim offers you everything you want in the Ford F-150. Take a look at what this truck has for you as we enter the 2019 model year. This truck will be available soon at the Ford dealership in your neighborhood. Let this truck become the one that provides you with all the power and the features that make it easy for you to enjoy the drive.
