The Stars and Stripes Editions Unveiled
The new 2019 Dodge Challenger and Charger models that appear at the New York Auto Show are called the Stars and Stripes models. These packages give you a military theme as a salute to the American troops. Dodge claims the Challenger and Charger have more active military buyers than any other cars in the segments, which means that offering a model that honors them is a great idea. When you see these two cars, you’re going to feel the patriotic spirit and the feeling you’ll get with cars that signify what’s great about this country.
The Stars and Stripes models of these two Dodge models offer you a black and silver center stripe along with black wheels and badging. The fender decals are American flags to give you the spirit you want when you drive. Cars that have four-piston Brembo brake calipers receive calipers that are painted bronze. This bronze look is also found in the interior where black cloth with bronze stitching is found everywhere to give you the look you want to enjoy. There are even some bronze embroidered stars on the seats to keep the patriotic feeling going. This new package is offered on the Scat Pack and R/T versions of the Challenger and Charger along with the Challenger GT and the Charger GT RWD.

Other than the Stars and Stripes package, Dodge now expands the availability of two other packages as well. The first of these is the Painted Satin Black Appearance Package which is now offered for the Charger Hellcat. Previously, this package was only offered on the Demon and Challenger Hellcat to add a hand-painted hood, roof, trunk, and spoiler to the car. The other package is the Brass Monkey Package which is now offered for the Dodge Challenger and Charger Scat Pack, R/T, Challenger GT, and Charger GT RWD models. This package now adds bronze-painted 20-inch wheels, satin black badging, fuel door lid, and spoiler to the mix.
