The final drive ratio has been tuned to give you better low-end torque than the previous version of the Outback.
As expected, the Wilderness trim comes with X-Mode AWD which is part of the standard packaging for most of the Subaru lineup. Now, it can automatically switch from low-speed driving to speeds over 25 mph without any disruption in the power delivery, which makes for smooth driving when you’re behind the wheel.
