Equipment That Makes This Challenger Possible
The new Challenger Redeye makes use of a TorqueFlite 8HP90 eight-speed automatic transmission to bring the power to the rear wheels. There are two axle ratios that can be chosen in order to give the power desired and the launch needed. The engine features tow dual-stage fuel pumps, a 2.7-liter supercharger, 14.5 psi of peak boost pressure, and a 6,500 rpm redline to make sure you have what you want when you drive.
