The Kentucky Oaks Survivors Parade was also led by a pink-wrapped Ram 3500 during this march of breast cancer and ovarian cancer survivors around the historic racetrack at Churchill Downs. As this was the 144thrunning of the Kentucky Derby, there were 144 survivors that participated in this parade.
